We have the largest municipal groundwater supplied system in West Virginia.

At PUB, our utility systems serve Parkersburg’s 32,000+ residents as well as some surrounding areas, and will continue to serve the future needs of our community. We strive to provide superior service, upholding the fact that PUB provides essential services and customer service is of the highest priority. The Board employs 82 personnel on staff to maintain the distribution and collection systems in addition to the treatment facilities. Personnel make the necessary improvements to increase the level of service and capacity provided our customers. Together, we work to make the day to day lives of our customers a little better.
